Father’s House Youth formation programs helps African youth gain a grounded sense of identity, discipline, confidence, and a solid foundation in a high-demand career and life skills

Across Africa, many children grow up without their fathers present, leaving gaps in identity, mentorship, and real-life guidance. Schools aren’t preparing them for life or high-demand careers. Our youth have potential, but lack the foundation, structure, and pathways needed for a successful future.

Open program

Father’s House is running a one-of-a-kind 6-weeks accelerator youth formation program that helps African youth gain a grounded sense of identity, discipline, confidence, and a solid foundation in a high-demand creative skill through structured, real, project-based design work.

Benefits;

Youth gain a stronger sense of identity, discipline, confidence, and

foundational creative problem-solving and design-thinking skills in high demand today.

They complete two real projects and begin a portfolio that shows clear evidence of capability and maturity.

How does it work?...

The program runs for six weeks. Each week introduces one core skill, followed by real practice and direct feedback. Youth learn in small groups, work on real projects, and receive steady professional mentorship to build discipline and consistency. By the end, they leave with inner grounding and visible work they created themselves.

This Is For…

Youth who need guidance, structure, and foundational skills that open doors to future tech careers. It’s for parents who know their child has potential, and want them to grow into responsible, confident young adults with real-life skills they can rely on anywhere in the world.

The Difference

Most programs teach theory or rush through technical tutorials. We take a different path: we build identity, discipline, and confidence first—then train youth in real creative problem-solving and AI-powered design methods.

Every learner works on a real project, receives mentorship, and leaves with a concrete portfolio piece employers actually look for.

Graduates walk away with a stronger sense of who they are, greater discipline, proven creative problem-solving ability, and a real portfolio.

They develop clear direction and readiness to pursue careers with confidence and world-class capability for a successful future.

Affordability

We price the program fairly so committed families can afford it. The cost covers training, mentorship, tools, and all project work completed in the six weeks.

Need-based support is also available where possible.
